1. Standard Brand-New Items For all new items (including Beauty + Body, Kids + Baby, Home + Hygge, Kitchen + Tabletop, new accessories, and unopened Pantry provisions), we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery or local pickup.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Perishable goods (such as food items or opened apothecary goods) cannot be returned.
2. PreLoved Clothing Collection Because our apparel collection consists entirely of unique, pre-loved, and vintage clothing pieces, all sales of PreLoved clothing items are FINAL. We do our absolute best to detail the condition, sizing, and any natural wear of these unique pieces in their online listings. Please read descriptions carefully before purchasing.

For Mail Returns: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

For In-Store Returns: You may bring your eligible online purchase directly to our shop at 493 Main Street, Beacon, NY during regular business hours for a return or exchange.
4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
