Shipping & Local Pickup Policy

At East End, we are thrilled to offer both convenient local pickup for our Hudson Valley neighbors and nationwide shipping for our far-away friends.

1. Local Pickup (493 Main Street, Beacon, NY) Local pickup is always free and available for all online orders.

  • Processing Time: Most pickup orders are prepared and ready within 2–4 hours of purchase during our normal operating days. You will receive an email notification the moment your order is ready to be collected.

  • Pickup Hours: Orders can be picked up during our standard store hours (Current Summer Hours: FRI - SUN 12 AM – 5 PM).  You can also EMAIL (hello@jacpfef.com) to arrange a day and time outside of our operating hours.  

  • Please bring your order confirmation email (digital or printed) when you come to collect your items.

2. Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: All shipping orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Rates & Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight and destination.

  • Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has left the shop.

  • Damages: East End is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
