Chili Chocolate Crunch Bar

Meet Chili Chocolate Crunch — a limited-edition spicy-and-sweet chocolate bar. A collaboration between Momofuku and Raaka Chocolate — a New York based chocolatier known for transparently traded, single-origin unroasted dark chocolate — to infuse the flavors of Momofuku's spicy-crunchy chili oil in Raaka’s small batch chocolate. They melded their fruit-forward dark chocolate with Mexican chilis and garlic to achieve the savory, spicy, and slightly sweet flavors Momofuku Goods Chili Crunch is known for. Then they filled it with crispy puffed quinoa to punch up the crunch, and topped it off with pink sea salt and sesame seeds for additional texture.
